Originally from Australia, Andrew set up 3Space with Henry in 2010 with the belief that there is untapped value trapped in empty commercial property. He has previously worked in Australia and London as an urban planner and also holds an MBA, with a major in entrepreneurship. Andrew sits on the Social Investment Committee for SE-Assist, which supported by L&G provides finance to social enterprises. He is also a Fellow of the RSA.

Henry escaped a career in financial services to found 3Space with Andrew, after seeing first hand the difficulties that organisations faced in using empty space. Henry is a qualified accountant, but can now be found trend-watching across the globe. In 2016 - GQ magazine included Henry in their list of 100 most connected men in Britain.

With a Masters in Museums, Galleries and the Creative Economy - Harry has a varied background, having worked in both financial services recruitment and art galleries both in London and Paris. Harry oversees 3Space’s property portfolio and enjoys working to facilitate a diverse range of non-profit pop-ups and workspace uses across 3Space properties.

Having lived in Manchester for the best part of six years, Georgina has a strong connection to the city and the people there. She graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University with a degree in Fine Art in 2014. As well as being Project Manager for 3Space Manchester, she works from her studio at Hotspur Press and is a co-editor of Foci Magazine.
