Publications and Research

We have worked on a number of policy documents, and continue to lobby for change that supports better cities.


Working with lawyers and fellow experts in shared space we prepared a white paper tackling the issue of Landlord Consent. We believe this outdated approach holds back the use of under-utilised properties, and our report makes suggestions on how this could be improved including legislation that allows for opt-in on rights tenancy and Government support along the lines of the approach taken to residential shared-lettings in response to new models such as Airbnb.
