• Five floors of office space, each just over 1,000 sqft in size, located on London’s busy Oxford Street.
• The property is a 1 minute walk from Tottenham Court Road Underground station on the Northern and Central lines.
• The first floor of the space has been stripped back and would be suitable for an exhibition, workshop or meeting space – photos below.
• As well as office space, a communal meeting space is available, which would be suitable for a large meeting, workshops, training events or presentations. Photos are shown below.

 

Suggested Uses

The 2nd, 4th and 5th floors will be used as self contained office space for organisations, and will also be available for events, workshops, and meetings. Basic furniture will be provided but organisations will be required to self manage their use of the space. The 1st and 6th floors, which are stripped back, will be made available to arts organisations for studio and gallery space, although we are open to any other ideas for how the space could be used.
