Working with 3Space helps landlords fulfill their CSR obligations:

Report on benefit delivered

All charities that use our spaces are required to provide information on the public benefit that they will deliver in using the space.

3Space use this information to report to landlords showing the benefits that making their space available achieved. This can then be used in a CSR or other sustainability reports for shareholders.

Involvement

3Space offers landlords a saving in their expenses but we also invite landlords to have as little or a much involvement with the charities that use our spaces.

We have partnerships with organisations that can manage staff volunteering. Alternatively, we are happy to connect you directly to the charities using our spaces and for your staff to become involved as part of their corporate volunteering programmes.
