Your organisation can approach landlords directly and arrange use on your own, however using 3Space has a number of benefits:
1. We reduce your costs
- We can often offer your group access for free, because we are funded by donations from landlords who support our win-win-win solution.
- In some cases a contribution to utilities and a refundable damage deposit may be required. Otherwise, your only costs are likely to be insurance, set up, cleaning and promotion.
- If you require a small amount of funding for your proposal, we also may be able to help.
2. We handle the negotiations with landlords
- Landlords have traditionally been unwilling to deal with charity tenants because they are worried that the process will be time-consuming and may go wrong. Dealing with 3Space gives them a single, experienced point of contact.
3. We offer a wide range of properties
- Landlords will often be less receptive to single projects due to the time investment required. 3Space can take larger properties or whole portfolios that can then be shared across multiple organisations. Because of this, 3Space can offer more than just shops, with shared office space, meeting rooms, and storage space all available.

4. We handle the legal process
- We use the government-approved meanwhile lease templates as a basis, however some landlords will require different approaches. We have the knowledge and experience to be able to negotiate a suitable agreement that is appropriate for all parties.
