Henry Mason
Henry worked in financial services with KPMG for nearly 5 years before founding 3Space in early 2010. He was inspired to set up 3Space after seeing first hand the difficulties that organisations faced in using empty space, and once he saw that there was an innovative way for charities to access this space, he left his full-time role in June 2010. Henry is a qualified accountant who has worked on a number of large financial transactions, yet takes great pleasure in helping small organisations deliver tangible results.
He is a keen reader and also writes for a consumer trend website, and is proud to bring a fresh perspective to the third sector.

Andrew Cribb
Andrew joined Henry to start 3Space in July 2010 after leaving a senior position within the London Development Agency. He is a qualified urban planner with over 9 years UK and international experience in regeneration and planning. He also holds an MBA with a major in entrepreneurship and minor in marketing and finance. He is also a Fellow of the RSA. With an understanding of workplace strategies and the regeneration benefits of temporary use of vacant buildings he is particularly keen to see the third sector embrace flexible office use and ‘pop-up’ concepts that contribute to the revitalisation of high streets an town centres across the UK.

Harry Owen-Jones
Harry is 3Space’s Head of Operations. Holding a Masters in Museums & Galleries and the Creative Economy, Harry has a mixed background having previously worked in financial services recuitment with Robert Walters and in art galleries in both London and Paris. Harry is the point of contact for organisations looking to use a 3Space property, and is currently developing relationships with charities outside of the capital to facilitate their use of otherwise empty office and retail space. Harry is also a Director of Specs Gallery CIC.

Alice Vaughan
Alice is 3Space’s Head of Communications. With a MA in Art and the Creative Economy, Alice has worked for a diverse set of cultural organisations, including art galleries, the British Council’s Creative Economy Team, and an Arts Development charity in Mexico. Since joining 3Space, Alice has taken responsibility for 3Space’s website, marketing and media, as well as managing the High Street Hijack competition. Alice is also a Director of Specs Gallery CIC.

Nicola Cottingham
Nicola is the 3Space Operations Assistant. Currently studying for an MA in Creative Writing at Brunel University, Nicola has previously worked in a number of positions within retail management across the UK, specifically problem-solving roles at struggling stores. Nicola assists the Head of Operations, and is also responsible for collating feedback and reports from the organisations 3Space work with.

Ben Smith
Ben is the 3Space Operations Assistant. Since finishing his Philosophy degree from The University of Manchester, Ben has spent time volunteering with Save the Children UK and learning Portuguese in Brazil. When not helping with operational issues, Ben can be found out on site visits and reporting on the exciting ways 3Space’s properties are being used.

Will Hyslop
Will advises 3Space from a property professional’s perspective. Holding an International Real Estate MSc from Oxford Brookes, Will has worked for a number of large property institutions, including ING Real Estate and CB Richard Ellis, as well as being involved in the launch of Arbuthnot Banking Group’s real estate investment management business. Will is currently working in Development Agency and Consultancy with Savills, and has enjoyed assisting with designing and implementing 3Space’s property strategy.
Outside of work, Will loves travelling, having lived and worked in both South America and Canada, and is a keen cook.
